Në trajnimin e dytë të shkollës Barvalipe Albania, u trajtua tema e Lidershipit. Drejtuesi i organizatës partnere “Lëvizja Rinore Egjiptiane Rome” Z. Gentian Sejrani prezantoi kuptimin e termave “Lider” dhe “Lidership”, duke detajuar cilësitë e liderit positiv. Brisilda Taco ilustroi keto dy terma me shembuj të lidershipit pozitiv. Dy të rinjtë aktiviste nga Elbasani Ervis Cota dhe Endri Serica prezantuan aktivitetet e organiztës, dhe ndan praktikat e punës së organizatës për periudhën një-vjeçare të saj. Takimi vazhdoi me ndryshimin e termave “Aktivizëm” dhe “Vullnetarizëm”, duke ndarë disa nga aktivitetet e aktivistëve Rom dhe Egjiptian në Shqiperi, të prezantuara nga Aktivistja Ferdiola Tare. Kuptimi i Logos së shkollës “Barvalipe Albania” u shpjegua nga vetë krijuesja e saj, Klaudia Veizaj. Fokus grupet patën një tjetër format ku secili anëtar i shkollës Barvalipe Albania, për javën që vjen do të identifikojë një problem në komunitetin ku ata jetojnë, dhe të përshkruajnë hapat e zgjidhjes së tij.

Today, at the second session of the Barvalipe School Albania, the topic of Leadership was introduced. The leader of the partner NGO “The youth movement of Roma and Egyptian” Mr. Gentian Sejrani defined two terms “Leader” and “Leadership”, detailing the qualities of a positive leader. Brisilda Taco illustrated these two terms with different examples of Positive leaders and leaderships in Albania. Two young activists from Elbasan: Ervis Cota and Endri Serica presented “The youth movement of Roma and Egyptian”, and shared the experience of this NGO for the one year period. Mrs. Ferdiola Tare continued with the explanation of the difference between two terms “Activism” and “Voluntarism” and sharing the experience of the activities of Roma/Egyptian Activists in Albania. Later one Barvalipe Albania logo designer Mrs. Klaudia Veizaj, explained the Emblem of the logo. While the focus groups took another form where, each member of Barvalipe School Albania agreed that over the week coming, would identify one problem/issue from the communities where they live, and would describe the steps of the solutions according to their knowledge, and based on the leadership skills benefited over the lecture of the day.
